"The room was spacious, staff were friendly, and the amenities were very convenient. The gym has good quality equipment that I enjoyed using every morning of my stay. My daughter loved swimming in the pool and it was great to be able to use the guest laundry to wash and dry our clothes before packing to come home. Unfortunately, the sheets were polyester instead of cotton and our room was only tidied once by housekeeping during the week that we stayed at the hotel. After houskeeping visited, I had to call down for a pillow change as the housekeeping staff had not only put a dirty pillow case on one of the beds, but also switched out one of my pillows for a pillow with feathers. Thankfully, the night staff was very responsive and brought back a non-feather pillow when I informed him that I'm allergic to bird feathers. The daily breakfasts offered a good number of selections including vegetarian options and non-dairy milk. It was also great to have a full-sized fridge in our room and a kitchenette for when we preferred to eat something else. Overall, we enjoyed our week. If your priorities are convenience and relaxation, I'd recommend staying there."

"Staff informed us of fun events in town that were happening during our stay. It is more of a motel so no real amenities. They do have microwaves in the ice rooms on each floor. The fridge in the room kept things nice and cold. Only issue in our room was the bathroom light would turn on by itself. Not sure if this is a wiring issue or the air movement from when the air conditioner would turn on. It’s a perfect location to walk to anything in town. Thanks for another great stay."

"The property was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as presented, the only issue was the lack of hot water. We were advised ahead of time that it wasn’t working and would be fixed by the morning after check in, unfortunately the repair service did not follow thru. The hosts were 100% upfront about what was happening and very apologetic, they even refunded us for a day of our stay. Luckily the weather was warm enough that the hot tub was still useable (and gorgeous!) without the boiler working because it’s salt water. Despite the inconvenience I do plan on booking here again for a winter getaway - the hosts are lovely and quick to reach out if there are issues, communication was the best I’ve ever had on a stay like this and the property is absolutely beautiful!"

"We absolutely loved this resort, where we stayed for the first time. It is beautifully located and very well maintained, with everything kept clean and tidy. The lake is also lovely. We will definitely return here with our family."
