"The front desk staff were welcoming at our arrival and gave a good overview of amenities, which included Happy Hour, and pool table and darts in the common area, as well as robes for the hot tub and sauna. The rooms have heated floors in the bathroom and heated towel racks. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and provided quick service to any requests."

"Lack of empathy. After being stuck in 2 blizzard storms with weather warning alerts and road closures on 2 days, there was no way to reach the hotel on check-in date. Other hotels and Airbnb graciously agreed to cancel our booking due to the extenuating weather related circumstances. But this property has no empathy for customers and refuses even a partial refund and blame it on customer for not wanting to make the long drive even if it is not safe for customer to do so.
