"Stayed for 2 nights with friends. Hotel was great for our needs although we felt it needed updating & refurbishing in places. Our room was sufficient for our needs apart from lacking in a decent number of sockets for use to charge the many batteries in all our gadgets. The staff were very friendly, helpful & efficient. The food for breakfast & dinner was excellent with a wonderful choice for breakfast. Our bathroom was a bit dated & in need of refurbishing but the water was definitely hot! The whole hotel was very clean & I even spotted someone cleaning skirting boards in the reception area."

"Conveniently located for the airport when arriving by train, being a stones throw from the station and easy walk to the terminals. Might be worth researching alternative eateries in the area as the hotel’s restaurant has an overpriced underwhelming menu."

"Such a convenient location, right next to Piccadilly station. The whatsapp check in and comms is really easy and the team is helpful and responds well. I've stayed in two different rooms and they were both great. I could imagine in summer it could get very hot. But fine for this time of year."
