"Unfortunately, the guests in my room before me disconnected the phone and TV, put foot down the sink clogging it. Staff assisted in correcting these but there was no WIFI my entire stay."

"Clean room, had no interaction with staff after we checked in. Spent 3 nites. No coffee, cheap soap that fell apart after a shower and wasn't replaced. But beds were made and fresh towels daily. No access to front office-there is a buzzer for late check in or needed something."

"Check-in was ok. We got to the room and there was a really heavy MOLDY small in the room. I washed my hands, and a huge COCKROACH came out of the drain. After that, the sink would not drain. I went to the front desk, and the guy said he was gonna send "maintenance." The maintenance guy was not dressed appropriately. His shorts and underwear were hanging off his behind, showing everything. He tried to use a small snake to clean it, the smell was getting worse. I went back to the front desk. I told him that the mold smell was getting worse, he said to wait and see if it can get cleaned and that's where the smell was coming from. Plus he stated that there were no more rooms available and he didn't want to cancel anyone. So I went back to the room. The smell was making me feel sick, I had my elderly mother with me and I didn't want her to get sick from the smell. So I again went back to the front desk and told him that, he just got kind of upset and grabbed his computer aggressively and said, OK! I'll move you and just close the room. He put us next door. We moved in and the smell was better. BUT... in the restroom, there was another big roach on the floor. I killed I and tried to flush it, the toilet would NOT flush.. i called the front again on my cellphone, because there was NO phone cord on the house phone. I told him about the toilet, he sighed heavy and brought a plunger. He flushed it and just watched the water overflow onto the floor. He brought 3 small towels."
