Charming Sea View Flat w/Pool, 20 meters from the Beach

Located in the fishing village of Olhos d'Agua, the apartment is 20 meters from the beach and 30 minutes from Faro Airport.

The apartment features a king-size bed in the bedroom, which can be separated into two single beds if preferred, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a relaxing shower tower, and a fully equipped kitchen

There are air-conditioning units that can also be used for heating in the winter. Free Wi-Fi and international TV are available in the apartment. The large sun terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a table, and chairs, and is sheltered from the wind—unlike apartments on higher floors, which can be windy. You’ll enjoy amazing beach views, and from the pool, you’ll have breathtaking views along the coast (Falesia) all the way to Vilamoura in the distance. The pool is accessible by stairs or elevator, and there is private, gated underground parking for your personal use. The parking garage can be accessed by elevator or stairs. The apartment’s main entrance is at street level, making it easily accessible from the resort’s bars and restaurants as well as the beach.

Accessibility and Security

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is wheelchair accessible via the elevator. The pool area and town/beach can be reached by elevator or stairs. The beach has a ramp leading down to it. We offer easily accessible parking in a secure underground parking area. The apartment features a video intercom system at the front door.

Check-in and check-out are preferably handled safely and “contactlessly.”

Notes

This apartment is ideal for couples, families, and golfers. Its close proximity to the resort makes it a perfect vacation destination. There are fantastic beaches within easy reach, and it is close to the popular resorts of Albufeira and Vilamoura. The apartment is less than 40 minutes from Faro Airport. Transfers can be booked for approximately 60 euros round-trip. We have reversible air conditioning throughout, which can be used for heating in the winter. It is furnished with high-quality modern furniture. It includes unlimited free Wi-Fi and cable TV service with multiple international channels.

The resort features some amazing restaurants and friendly bars, and there are two supermarkets within easy walking distance. A rental car is not essential, as many amenities are within easy walking distance.

Outside

The apartment has a large sun terrace and, unlike those on higher floors, is completely sheltered from the wind. You can enjoy the sun, but shade is available if it gets too intense. There is a table, 8 chairs, an awning, and 2 sun loungers on the large terrace, which overlooks the beach and downtown. The pool area has a shower and can be accessed by elevator or stairs.

Street parking is available, but during high season the area is very busy, so we have the luxury of a parking space in the underground parking garage, accessible by elevator or stairs.

Cleaning / Towels / Linens / Housekeeping

Bathroom towels, bed linens, and cleaning are included. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay. If you require a linen change during your stay, there will be a charge of 35 EUR.

Golf

There are a large number of golf courses nearby. It is 2.8 km to the Pine Cliffs 9-hole golf course and 2.5 km to the Balaia Golf 9-hole course. It is less than 15 km to the Dom Pedro 18-hole courses (formerly Oceanico), which include the Old Course, the Millennium, the Laguna, and the Pinhal. It is 15 km to the 18-hole Salgados course, just west of Albufeira, and 21 km to the Vale de Lobo courses, including the Royal and the Ocean. A total of 29 golf courses in the Algarve region are all within a 60-minute drive of Olhos de Água.
