"There is no local number to call the hotel directly, so this review is less about interaction with actual hotel staff and more about Wyndham staff. You can only connect with Wyndham staff for any questions about this hotel. I called twice and twice was told there was no shuttle from the ferry terminal or the airport for this hotel. After engaging an Uber from the ferry terminal, we pulled up to the hotel at the same time as the hotel's shuttle from the ferry. There are some maintenance issues with this hotel, the toilet in my room was not secured to the floor properly and wobbled quite a bit. A wrapped soap had been dropped in the toilet and left there. The towel/soap wrap left on the tub was damp, which made me wonder if it had been used for something or just put down too quickly before the tub was dry. The staff are trying, but it doesn't look like Wyndham is giving them much help."

"This property is our go to location when visiting family in Juneau. The rooms are clean and conveniently located to Fred Meyer and Safeway and the airport. Just a short drive to downtown in one direction and to the Valley and Auke Bay in the other direction. We’ve never been concerned with safety and there is sufficient parking close to the entrance. "

"Nice accommodations for the price. Had a few minor problems but the owner was very responsive to the issues and were resolved."

"The unit was well appointed with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. The facility is old and dated but still clean. "

"The house was perfectly outfitted. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were very responsive. The extra touches of fresh flowers and restaurant suggestions were lovely. "

"Everything was super clean. Quiet and peaceful the hosts were quick to respond to my questions and get back to me as quick as possible I would stay here again ! "

"Weather was a big factor in out stay, as it was a residence, but they had a plow truck plow the berm and driveway, so we could get out, and a shovel to make trail out to my car. Also, when my granddaughter came up from Petersburg, it was easy to add her on to our stay. It worked out really well and we had variables as to whether we were going to have to stay one more day, if we couldn’t get on the ferry until Monday night. They also worked with us, so if we needed to extend one more day, they would accommodate us. We very much appreciated that!!"
