"The Grand Palace Hotel Hurghada has beautiful pools and a lovely beachfront setting that makes the stay relaxing. The staff are friendly and truly hard‑working, which adds warmth to the experience. However, the food quality is only mediocre and doesn’t quite match the resort's label. Overall, it was an okay place to unwind, but the dining could be better."

"Although some information was misleading it was a good hotel. Reads as all inclusive but in fact it is Not. It is a partial all inclusive. Staff was friendly but not well informed about the inclusions. Felt like I vacationed in Germany instead of Egypt. Lots of food catered to Germans/europeans. Slides in the aqua kids parks was the best and saving grace. Satisfied but would not return."
