"I went for a BTS concert and was surprised at how accommodating the staff was to the specific event. I’m sure it wasn’t easy hosting hundreds of fans for the weekend, and I appreciate the effort they put in. It was appropriately clean, easy to get to from the stadium, and I enjoyed that the breakfast varied and beds were comfortable. I loved they were distributing Korean snacks for breakfast, also, among the many other small touches they did. Thank you!"

"We arrived very early for check in. We were greeted immediately. ALL the staff was great! We tried to do an Uber and he/she was a no show. So we went to the front desk and they had a shuttle available. No charge at that. So when we returned back to do the final check in, amazing. Fast, professional and she even asked what floor preference. The room, spacious, clean, extra towels in the bathroom. Next morning breakfast, great variety. Breads, sweet treats, eggs& pancakes. I would definitely recommend to stay. You might find something less expensive, BUT remember if it’s less is it as good? The have my business!! Thank you to everyone!❤️"

"The water was cut off to the entire hotel without any warning while I was showering; when mentioned at checkout, staff said it had only been off for 10 minutes while it was at least already off for an hour. The bathroom was a hazard with broken tile pieces. "
