The check in lady wasn’t the nicest. She gave me my room key and didn’t even let me know where the elevators were or to have a good stay. Yes there were others behind me, but being in customer service myself, you take care of the customer at hand. I did walk away and she was helping someone else already and then I asked where the elevators were and she told me. As far as the breakfast, I’m not sure I like this way as yes I know everyone is different. For the buffet, you either prepay (cheaper) or pay on site. There aren’t any pancakes or waffles on the buffet (continental), so if you want one of these, you can get a regular breakfast meal - which is part of the prepay. I guess I’m used to continental breakfast’s where these are included, and I can get as much other stuff as I would like. Again this is my person opinion. The lady at the breakfast area was super nice. The grounds are clean and the area is quiet. Plenty of parking. On a funny note, I did not see any bath towels, and called the front desk and had them bring some up. I searched high and low for them. When I went to shower and opened the curtain, there they were - three towels on a rack in the shower. I’ve not been to a hotel where they had a shelf that had towels on them in the shower.

I truely thought I was paying for the HILTON name. Room was clean, the rug was stained all over the place. Only 2 USB ports for charging electronics. Pillows were beyond flat. Pool was COLD, I MEAN COLD! The hot tub was COLD, the jets didnt even work! Stayed at cheaper hotels nicer then this, extremely disappointed
