8/10 Good
"Very good location. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The house is old, but has a lot of charm. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The sofa bed wasn’t great. We weren’t sure how to configure it and just ended up pushing all the pieces together. The one complaint we have is that it was quite dirty under the sofa when we moved it around, and it was dirty under the sofa cushions. But otherwise it was just fine for our family and Katherine was a fantastic host. Very easy to get in touch with and constantly checking in on us. Thank you."

8/10 Good
"The kitchen is in the front of the house and there is no way to cool it. The windows don’t open there’s no screen door for the door that enters into the kitchen so if you cook in the kitchen, you’re going to cook lol. The weeds were a bit terrible and I pulled quite a few of those because they were trip hazards across the sidewalk. The aside from that, it was a very cute property and we enjoyed staying there!"
