He helped me with reservations at a local restaurant and also set me up at a barber to get my haircut. What an experience. I love New World. The waitresses Thy Linh and Ann. and management Miss Yen in the whisper lounge are always the best."

The offered breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices warm, and cold dishes. You could easily avoid the private transportation as offered from the hotel. It is very expensive [550k VND] compared to a Grab taxi [~300k VND] or even by public transportation [~5k VND]. Using the private transportation is maybe an advantage...
