"Great location,, very clean and the service is great. If you have a car then parking may be an issue unless you notify the hotel in advance and reserve parking."
"This hotel was pure wow. Beautifully decorated with all sorts of places to sit and relax besides the lobby. The room was also beautiful and comfy. This place was exquisite and the staff were so very nice and helpful, even made a reservation for us at a local restaurant they recommended which turned out to be fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. Wonderful experience all around."
"This property is brand new and exactly as described. The management staff were superb and assisted us in some issues we had with an excursion we booked and even got us a refund of 50% which we didn’t expect. The room is stunning & the view… well that can’t even be described!"
"Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely staff and a nice restaurant. Pool was spotless and beautiful and direct access to the lake to swim was fabulous. The breathtaking views of the lake and the outstanding food exceeded all our expectations. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning. A truly unforgettable experience!"

"I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. The main restaurant (Oseleta) on the other hand was truly exceptional, which is why it now has a Michelin star... The food...
