Got a room on 5th floor, it looked recently done, very clean, very comfortable bed. Nice shower gel shampoo combo. Good breakfast. Coffee machine a bit slow, it would be great if they added an extra one. Good selection of foods, scrambled eggs and bacon and usual cold deli, bread rolls, bread to toast, pastries, yoghurts, fruit selection etc. Not far from a bus stop. Water dispenser in a corridor, jug and paper cups in room. Would have loved a kettle but didn't bother asking for 1 night.

Wish I had been there longer than 1 night. Good location, quiet on outskirts of verona which bus stops close by. Nice breakfast, big comfy room, with bed side lamps.

Was fine for one night. Excellent welcome at reception from the extremely helpful Lorenzo. INTERNET was down and one broken lift, leaving only one - observed staff member being extremely rude to another guest shouting at them when they understandably enquired about the INTERNET. Breakfast really good quality but after coach parties departed fruit and yoghurts not replenished leaving little for other guests.

very old building with bad smell everywhere. Air conditioner was useless, the refrigerator was probably 60 years old and wasn't working. The entrance of the hotel made it look like a long deserted building with no life in it. Beds inside were placed in the room with no consideration to ev, just at random spots like in one mobile tent after a natural disaster of some sort.

What you would expect from a budget hotel just outside of the city. Feels and looks older than it is but nice staff, smooth check-in and check-out and a surprisingly good breakfast.
