"Overall need to update lobby and room decor and aesthetics.too much traffic in lobby.Attentive staff. Kind of slow check in process. I booked an executive suite for 3 people and at check in I was was told the suite only had 1(one) bed for 3 people??? It was unacceptable and would have been uncomfortably awkward 😕 I was given a smaller room with 2 beds, not really meeting up a suite category. "Sehr schönes Hotel in Makati. Nah zu großen Shopping Center und zum Flughafen. Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Sehr großes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet in der Main Lobby. Ab Buchungskategorie Horizon gibt es die Horizon Lounge als weiteren Frühstücksraum. Hier gibt es auch weitere Snacks und Erfrischungen während des Tages. Horizon Zimmer lohnen sich meiner Meinung auf jeden Fall. Pool ist groß und es gibt meist ausreichend Liegen oder Stühle."

"I’ll start off in saying the staff was great and they attend to all your needs. When we arrived and walked into the building, it looked very nice and classy as you would expect. But you are greeted with a very strong smell of a cleaning chemical that does not smell pleasant. I am very sensitive to air quality and it was a little difficult to take a deep breath on the ground floor with this smell. My advice would be to change cleaning fluid to a more pleasant smell.
