"I've stayed in hotels from New York to San Francisco and all points in between as well as several Excellent rated hotels in the Philippines. The Seda is definitely top three and may be the best hotel I've stayed at. The room and amenities are just as described but the staff puts it over the top. Not just polite and welcoming but genuinely make you feel that they are happy to see you. Kudos to owners/management for such a great job recruiting and hiring a spectacular staff."

"Check in was a nightmare! The receptionist has no no record of our booking! We waited over an hour before the owner came! She is friendly but she told us our accommodation is occupied!!!! Hence she tried to get us another room but we booked for three and was given a room for two!!! It’s very cramped and no room to move at all! The bathroom door cannot be closed. Cutlery was for two. "I like this place a lot and I stayed in another Condominium within the building back in February. The check in this time was terrible compared to before. The front desk said I needed an authorization from the host, but there’s no way to contact the host. So, I tried Expedia and all you get is A I and no answers. I did stay five days, then added three weeks. Everything is great except the check staff could use training. I would stay again and after more than an hour they said no authorization...
