"This hotel was a great find. Rooms clean, spacious and comfy. Location was perfect for walking into Bath and with parking on site. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
However the breakfast and service was disappointing and didn’t live up to the standard of everything else. With so many eating places in Bath we definitely advice skipping breakfast here."
"So many of the staff we encountered were wonderfully welcoming and seemed happy to have us there. The food was of the utmost quality and even after a week, we hadn't tried all the breakfast options. On a map, the hotel appears not to be in the centre of things, and, while this is true, I was glad of it. It was usually no more than a 5-10 minute walk to anything that interested us but, beyond that, this meant we slept on a very quiet street with no exterior noise permeating the walls.

"There was no convenient way to use the hair dryer with a mirror making it problematic. Had to move heavy side table to use plug. The highboy doors didnt close properly and swung open on their own (needs to be fixed). The parking was interesting getting up the steep hill, but we managed."
"Had a great stay, room 1 was fantastic. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and a sofa was a bonus.
Great bath, one thing to note may be the addition of a shower curtain, we managed to soak the floor every time we used it.
Water and orange juice was a nice touch and filtered coffee was tasty.
We did feel the stairs were very deep and the additional of another hand rail may be something to consider.

"I loved our one night here. It was a stop off on the way further south but I wish we could have stayed longer. So peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay happen, even when we arrived late. We ate our breakfast outside in the courtyard which was idyllic. The food was gorgeous.
