Staff in sports bar can’t make cocktails properly (mojito tasted like teaspoon of sugar and undiluted lime cordial). Cockroaches in room on 2 occasions. Staff and guest services no use and take nearly a full day to get back to you (if they do). Food is poor quality and tastes bland, 5 star should be excellent. WiFi signal terrible, if at all.
