"Place is good but food in the restaurants is not 5*"

"It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...

"Liked the location it was quite, 10 min walk to the Marina that had really nice restaurants and bars,15-20 drive to airport and 15 mins by taxi to the nearest town/strip. Did not like that the pools weren't heated so could not use them, during our stay it was slightly windy therefore felt cold siting by the pools. Did not like that you had to pay to use the spa facilities to be honest it was not worth it. "

"Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Food is ok, nothing bad just standard all inclusive buffet. We chose bed and breakfast and ate out. Rooms nice, all very clean and good facilities. Swimming pool (preferred) is a lovely area to chill."

"Spectacular reception area with its indoor waterfall. Reception staff pleasant but lacking a bit in service: didn’t explain directions to room very well perhaps a ‘bellboy’ to show us room/help with bags? On the contrary when we entered our room we noticed a bad ‘drain smell’ - but this was fixed the time we returned from lunch. The hotel it’self was in a great position over looking the marina and everything you would need from beaches to restaurants was in easy walking distance. "

"Amazing hotel with everything that you need for your stay. The breakfast buffet was incredible with everything you could think of available. Complimentary beach towels available. Entertainment every night. Very friendly staff."

"Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."

"An amazing getaway that is still a short drive to town and the beach. A little oasis tucked up in the mountains. Quiet and tranquil with a beautiful view and pool. The room was large and comfortable, the bed we found a bit uncomfortable but it’s a personal preference. The staff were lovely and knowledgeable about the area, the food and of course the wine. Great bar area and places to dine inside and out. The only drawback was the price of the drinks, three times what they were at a hotel we...

"We had a rented car but you can come to stay here by bus. It provides free transport to Lanzarote airport. The breakfast was excellent with chosable eggs, and excellent cold meat selections. One of the best possible o/night or longer stays near the airport."

"Villa Vik was a great place for a peaceful holiday with excellent accommodation, food and staff. Swimming in the pool was a real pleasure. Our only reservation was that there were too few staff on duty; often it appeared that just one person had to set tables, staff reception and serve drinks at the bar / pool. They did so cheerfully and helpfully but were stretched."

"Absolutely amazing stay at the Finca Isolina! Marco could not do enough for us and his knowledge of the island was brilliant and really interesting. Food was outstanding and the views are out of this world! Can't wait to return later in the year, I think it will be our new yearly treat!"
