"Excellent stay friendly staff and comfortable room"

"From when we arrived to when we left, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. During our stay, there were half term activities for the kids and extra swimming times. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant one evening, but was disappointed the other restaurant was closed. High tea and breakfast in the orchid room was great. Our room was spacious and very comfortable! Will definitely be visiting again. "

"Caroline at the front desk was so lovely & cheerful ! She overheard we were coming to look at Cliveden for our wedding venue & wanted us to feel the experience & excitement so very generously upgraded us! All staff very welcoming - The facilities 10/10 especially the spa ! "

"للاسترخاء فقط ، الي يحب المشي في وسط الطبيعة ممتاز لممارسه رياضة المشي في الهواء الطلق بين المسطحات الخظراء ، السبا ممتاز في خدمات المساج ، الكوفي والمطعم جيده ، في خيول و بقر لكن البحيرة توجد ولا تستطيع الجلوس عندها لانها غير مهيئة للجلوس تحيط بها الأعشاب مرتفعه جدا ، انصح اي احد يبي يبعد عن لندن والإزعاج يروح استرخاء فقط جلسه الكوفي وقت الغروب خيال حدها ثلاث ليالي ، انا قضيت هناك ليله واحده فقط بس لو جلست يوم ثاني عادي حلو المكان بس اكثر اتخيل أمل منه"

"The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. "room was gorgeous. Spacious and very comfortable. Great service at check-in and lovely evening meal. bathroom could have done with an update - not quite to the same standard as the bedroom itself. and a couple more hand towels would have helped. view of St Marthas were not so visible due to the condensation on the windows in the morning and the blinds, but we had a wonderful time. might be useful to have a slightly later check-in and later check-out. 10am check-out may be fine for a city...
