"No hooks in the bathroom to hang robes. When you turn the bathroom light on, since the doors are glass it lights up the whole bed area. Very annoying if your partner gets up in the middle of the night the whole bed gets illuminated"
"Loved the hotel, great value for money. I went for the cheapest room and it didn't feel like you were having a cosy room. Loved that there was a bath and shower. Felt great for adults but also child friendly, which is great when you like an adults hotel but are traveling with a child. Pool was lovely, views are great, felt like you were in the South of France. The only let down for me was the food. Breakfast was great. However we stayed on a Sunday and both restaurants had a Sunday roast menu....

"Whilst acknowledging that this is a 5-star “restaurant with rooms” and not a 5-star hotel, it is marketed as a high end accommodation but fell short. The quality of the in room coffee and hot chocolate wasn’t great (although very nice soaps in the bathroom!), and it wasn’t fun/a good start to the holiday to carry our pre-cruise suitcases through the restaurant and then up the stairs. "The property and surrounding area are quaint, lovely setting and very helpful staff. However, the room we stayed in was very tired, full of cobwebs and in need of a good clean and redecoration.
With the heatwave going on, it would have been good to have a fridge in the room for cool drinks. There were fans but they just move the hot air about.
The breakfast area was small for the number of guests staying in all the rooms.
