"The whole resort was very nice. Everything was very clean. They have room service. The housekeeping was great. The staff was phenomenal. Was willing to help always greet you with a smile whether it be at breakfast or lunch or dinner. Everybody was very friendly. Food was not bad just wish they had more shows after dinner more entertainment, but I guess it was a very quiet resort And also very family oriented. A lot of people were very happy."

"The resort, as a whole, and staff were amazing! The carpet could use updating and the room had a bit of a different smell to it (not musty, but damp...hard to explain) and the balcony door would stick a bit opening and closing. But it was a wonderful place to stay with good food options. We spent a good amount of time at the 5'o Clock Somewhere Bar. By far the best staff and service!! "

"Our visit was nice and relaxing, Food was good and plenty of options. Candio our Butler was excellent and provided great service and explained the features of the resort. Spa was nice and my masseuse was really good but I've been to better run facilities. The lack of USB ports or charging stations in room was a surprise. The beach is nice but full of seaweed. "
