"After a long Trans-Atlantic flight, the last thing you want is to figure out the complicated light switches in a hotel room ( Junior Suite). The ones by the entrance door were not working at all. If they cannot offer room tours to customers in a 300+ rooms hotel, they should at least post a list with brief instructions on the wall. Even the hotel employee who came over to " help" was not sure how to operate the 20 light switches and modes. It was a bad start in an otherwise ok hotel. Breakfast...

"The elevator was under repair for the duration of our stay. They were also renovating the floor we were staying on - blue plastic everywhere. Our room was beautiful, but the carpet was really old with noticeable stains throughout the room. Less than mediocre."
