"The problem is the hotel charges more as the view improves but in our case the room quality went down equally . The better view rooms should be at least as nice as the lower floor rooms. Our room also ran out of toilet paper, the sink was plugged and drained slowly, floors were dirty and room had damages such as scuffs and peeling finishes. The room was smaller than our friends rooms on lower levels as well. It’s just not worth 200$ extra for a better view and to lose quality ."

"We loved this hotel. It is just a 20 minute walk, and five minutes on transit from the main touristy district. We prefer not to be right in the center of the tourist district, because the restaurants are all a rip off, and it is noisy. The Up Hotel has lots of little shops and cafes around it that locals use.
