"The hotel was really lovely. The rooms and facilities are all well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help. The one thing I would urge people to consider; if you are in a room with an adjoining door to another room, perhaps only stay here if your family/friends are on the other side as you can hear everything. "We loved our stay at the Grand Hotel Gozo. Really good location and views. Standout were the wonderful staff - all so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot recall the names, but the Portuguese maitre d, reception staff and Hungarian beautician are especially to be commended for their wonderful service. "The pictures in my opinion on the booking sites are nothing like what we were given. The room was dirty - cleaners only empty bins and wash out drinking cups with water, there is no deep clean even when we requested this twice - bedding was not changed. The food was really nice Staff are polite but it’s ashame the guests aren’t - no please and thank yous and they seem to walk into you! "
