"Great location, we used the Castle Hill car park, that was a 15 minute walk, but cheaper. Before going, I checked that I could leave our baggage in reception and the response was quick and helpful. The rooms were lovely and spacious for the three of us. All the extra’s, like body wash, shampoo etc smelt lovely. Nice to have decent toilet roll. Loved the kitchen with the dishwasher, fridge & coffee machine. Would definitely stay again."
"As a family we discovered this hotel when looking for somewhere to stay for my nephew’s wedding at South Farm, Royston. From start to finish the staff on reception could not have been more helpful reassuring me that all would go smoothly in terms of booking in and out individually and at different times, taxi recommendations, meal times, bedding arrangements for small grandchildren. I arrived a day earlier than my family and Naomi I believe her name is could not have been more charming,...
"Wonderful stay at Turing Locke—highly recommended!
We had a great time staying here. The staff at both check-in and check-out were lovely and very helpful, and they also provided convenient luggage storage. The apartment features great amenities, including a gym and a well-equipped kitchen. The interior courtyard is very quiet and peaceful. Located in a beautiful small community with a lovely environment, it's just steps away from a bus stop heading to the city center. Supermarkets, restaurants,...
"The staff were very helpful especially the manager who kindly arranged for us to change rooms as we are sensitive to road noise. However the hotel decor fixtures and fittings were tired and in need of refurbishment. Not what we expect at an Hotel du Vin having been regular customers in other hotels of this group around the country."
"Dear Expedia Customer Service Team,
I am writing to complain about my recent one-night stay at Holiday Inn Cambridge, which was disappointing due to several issues.
We checked in at approximately 2:30 pm, but after settling into our room, we were told late at night that we needed to change rooms. Additionally, there was no hot water, and early the following morning, lawn mowing outside disturbed us while we were still asleep. These issues meant we were unable to rest properly or enjoy our...
"Loved the compliment Bentley tour around Cambridge and cocktails. Location is great and parking is good although a bit pricey. Rooms in the Gresham House are very nice and the turn down service is great. We had trouble with the heating (too hot), a broken coffee maker and a missing tv remote. I'd still recommend and stay there again in any case."
"The Hotel overall is nice. It's 10-12 minutes from thr city centre and King's College.
Unfortunately, the Hotel is under construction and the dining area was closed off. Breakfast is decent, but limited compared to something like the St. Ermins in Westchester District, London."
