"Oasis 11 is on the Marina side and you can walk to the Marina to all the eateries. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely view but does need updating as the decor is tired and some of the cupboards/chairs were loose or broken. It comes with a buggy which is handy and kids U12 eat free at some restaurants. Overall, it felt more like a home and was comfortable. Another relaxing and enjoyable stay at Hamilton Island."

"Property walking distance to yacht club and shops which was really fantastic. The buggy needed servicing as it was so slow (overdue (told by the mechanic as he fixed up a seatbelt issue). The view and property layout just brilliant and very friendly and helpful staff that helped out with a phone call away. The pool is just gorgeous too! Thank you - we will be back. "

"Great location for afternoon sun, good size etc. Had an issue when asking if we could have some extra towels, simple request made 3 times, only to finally to get a very unhelpful lady of the phone. Just a case of poor skills with communication, and rudeness. Appears the turnaround time of customers is too tight for the cleaners, as we felt the cleanliness was substandard when when we arrived, also mold in showers and lack of care apparent.
