"We only stayed for a night but we had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional staff, Richard. When we asked him for a lunch recommendation, he suggested a fantastic local spot! His knowledge of the area and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. "I had a wonderful stay at Portland Harbor Hotel and would absolutely recommend it! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Old Port, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront.

"Amazing hotel and staff. Stayed here for my partner’s birthday and the staff were very helpful and super nice. We had an amazing time and really appreciated all the birthday touches. Our favorite hotel in Portland! We have stayed here twice now and it was great to see how consistent they are. The staff is always warm and friendly and the amenities are great. "

"The staff were amazing, the room was amazing (the bathroom, the shower, the bed, the blackout curtains, the fancy robe, and the interior design were all superb), and the restaurant was fantastic! Unfortunately, I'm really sensitive to sound, and because the building is older, I could definitely hear small sounds in the plumbing, refrigeration, and/or ventilation that made it hard to sleep well. Additionally, the remote was a bit sluggish with the TV, and the previous guests' Netflix access...
