"I visited The One during off season and covid mitigation rules, and due to this circunstances, I was surprisingly the only customer in the whole large resort. I got very warm welcome and free upgrade to a seafront apartment. Nothing major to complain other than the TV in the apartment did not work, neither did the wifi for some occasions. "The house is really nice, but seems a little old and run down. The staff is friendly. The pool was a little dirty and the generator was really loud. However, I would say that for the price we paid (KES7,500 per room), it is value for money"
