"The Lawford was a lovely place to stay in Malindi. The 3 bedroom villa and private pool were amazing. Large upstairs and downstairs lounge areas. Lots of space for everyone. There was a full kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils etc. Service was great. Staff were delightful. Had fun with pool and table tennis. We would live there, if we could! Our neighbors were a bit loud but management tried to help with the situation. The beach is close but the water was brown and not “inviting.”...

"Arrived 2.30 pm had to wait two hours before the room was ready. Problem also checking out delayed another hour and charged extra for a mistake that wasn't mine and was a hotel.com error.
