"The staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice. But the overall experience was really really disappointing- checked in to a sign saying the restaurant was closed but bar open still. But then they commented that this was in fact not correct and the bar was also closed. No nearby restaurants so ended up with a takeaway. The bathroom in the bedroom- well, the door didn’t shut properly, the soup dispenser said it was soap, and the door almost fell off its hinge every time it was opened. Kept...

"The location is fairly far from the city but has easy access to transit to get you anywhere. The hotel also has a shuttle service free for Hyatt members. It takes you to the airport. There is a fee without the membership. There are no microwaves in the rooms but there is one in the lobby. It wasn’t working the last few days we stayed but things like that happen. No biggie. They also have a water tap in the lobby which can save you a fortune on water. Some of the staff could do better at...

"Wir haben einen Wochenendtrip/Harry Styles Konzertanreise gemacht. Die Musikauswahl beim Frühstück am Konzerttag war 11/10 (Harry und One Direction), sehr aufmerksam! Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, direkt ums Eck ist eine Metrostation die einem in ein paar Haltestelle beinahe überall hinbringt, was man als Tourist sehen will. Trotzdem ist es ruhig genug um sich nicht unwohl zu fühlen, als Kontrast zum Stadttrubel optimal. Die Zimmer sind vom Design sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom 15 Stockwerk war...
