"This is an awesome resort!"

"Great, attentive staff. They provided excellent customer service. They surprised my partner with a bottle of wine on his birthday. The room was spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. It's in a great location, close to all of the popular restaurants and bars (as seen on tiktok), and it's only a few minutes walk away from the beach. I will definitely stay here again"

"The staff is very friendly. However the cleaning ladies only work until 3PM. When they knocked on hour door at 10.30 I told them that we were leaving in 15 minutes. When we came back our room wasn’t cleaned, it hasn’t been for 4 days. "

"Sehr schönes kleines und ruhiges Boutique-Hotel. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Alle waren immer ansprechbar und gaben wertvolle Tips, für Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit eigenem Pool, ganz oben. Es war sehr sauber und groß und man konnte von dort auf das Meer schauen. Im Ganzen ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel."

"Public toilets were very dirty. Staff is very friendly and food in restaurant is also good."

"Beautiful little boutique hotel. Walkable convenient community."

"I really liked the staff, especially Dominik. The cleaning staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful."

"The room was clean and spacious. It offers complimentary lounges and umbrellas for guests. It has a great variety of buffet breakfast. It has a restaurant for lunch and dinner. It offers free parking next to the hotel. It's the only hotel I have been in Crete that doesn't offer any water daily."

"We had the most amazing stay. The rooms are spotless and the staff can kot do enough for u. Food and drink choices far outshine 95% of any other all inclusive I have been to"

"Enjoyed it a lot"
