"Overall a wonderful experience. The room was pretty bare bones, but quite adequate. The free shuttle from and to the airport was very useful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant in the evening. We were a bit disappointed that it didn’t open until 7PM. But the food was absolutely exceptional. My wife had the cacio e pepe and I had the seafood pasta. Both were outstanding. We paired it with a Franciacorte sparkling wine which was wonderful. The service was great...

"I was incredibly surprised to find such a gem in Lugano. ALLthe staff (front desk, restaurant, gym, spa) were warm and welcoming and most important competent. The rooms are sparse but super clean and functional apartments. I enjoyed the spa services and products as well as the gym classes. The restaurant was the biggest surprise- should have a Michelin star. Excellent food, presentation and knowledgable and attentive staff. The view is gorgeous- i fact we saw an end to end rainbow one day...
