"I booked 5 nights at Senator Barajas Hotel (15/06/2026–20/06/2026), but I was only able to stay for 2 nights because of the excessive noise. During my stay, I could only sleep about 3–4 hours per night. On 17/06/2026, at around 2:00 AM, someone outside near the hotel was shouting very loudly and appeared to be asking for help. The disturbance lasted long enough to prevent me from sleeping. I became extremely exhausted and had to move to another hotel. Although I left early, I was not refunded...
