"Hotel overall was excellent. We arrived about an hour before check in and they were able to accommodate us early. The hotel has a set of large drapes upon entrance into the lobby. It made the entrance dark and a bit awkward. Staff were fantastic. The lighting in the hotel common areas, including reception and hallways is dark. Only other negative was the large scent diffuser by the elevators. It was a bit overwhelming. We had a light meal in the bar area, food was good and again the staff were...

"Was only there overnight, did not get to experience breakfast, most staff was nice, we had early flight, tried to find someone to check us out at 5:00 am only to be told to drop keys in express slot…. NO ONE AT FRONT DESK"

"This is not what advertising. This is not 4star at all. Very very limited breakfast. Just basic things. Toiletries were inadequate. No toothpaste and other things. No house keeping service unless you are staying more than three nights (unbelievable). No room fridge, no hairdryer, no room extension in case you need to call reception. In bathroom, two different taps for hot and cold which is very hard to use. It should be 2 star hotel rating. Please don’t misled by the pictures and the good...

"Lovely hotel we had the big family room across courtyard. Pool was large and clean. Dinner was nice in restaurant albeit service of food slow but other than that can’t complain. Had a nice stay "
