"The air conditioning is awesome, Beds are really comfortable in the club rooms. Staff were all very polite. Rooms and corridors were spotless.
The only fault we found as seemed to be the case with other guests is the bar is closed way too early for residents of the hotel. We found this very strange and were really let down when we came back to the hotel early for a night cap 1t 11:00pm only to find it was closed."

"This hotel is undergoing a major renovation and construction noise through day into evening hours. Scaffolding and a new wing are being built and constructions workers often around. This was not disclosed on booking.
Normal hotels have a person helping you check in, village uses a poorly implemented application that requires override by the staff. We had two rooms and guess expectations were that we do the check in forms twice. Suggest looking at digital check in applications that can be done...
"Lovely hotel aesthetically speaking and clean but it’s a bit like mutton dressed as lamb; for the price I paid (£149 per night); I expected more.
Whilst I appreciate it’s advertised parking is £18 every 24 hours; I really think that’s super greedy especially as I only needed parking from 2100-0800 each night. So I parked elsewhere and only spent £4.

"Very comfortable bed and do ask for the firmer pillow as it more more firmer than the current pillow which is more gaseous than feather! The features are all aviation like and very good for transiting via Farnborough airport . The breakfast was rather limited and for the price not as international as one would expect. The staff are generally attentive but the culinary experience needs to improve to attract a more experienced international clientele besides the staff if most of the lest jets...
