"Harborside Boutique Inn was a no-frills stay for us. Small room, relatively clean but the very small loveseat/couch appeared dirty or worn, so it just held our luggage. Bathroom was clean, shower had plenty of hot water. Our room (209) was very quiet and the a/c was adequate. Beds was firm but not uncomfortable. Pillows were comfy. We spent most of our time exploring, so it was well-located for walking to The T, trolley tours, Quincy Market and the Harbor."

"Convenient location and well-maintained property. Staff friendly and helpful."

"The front desk staff were terribly inexperienced. They were unhelpful."

"Could use a remodel. Rooms do not have dressers. Rooms are dark."

"2nd stay. Great rooms. we had penthouse and a suite"

"The Fairmont Gold level is the best I’ve ever experienced. From the way on line booking to the upgrade section, it was seamless. At check in, Kevin, got my room ready even though I was 6 hours early. Later that day, Kadija was accommodating to my request without any hesitation."
