"Staff was friendly at check in and check out. We had a double poolside room, which was convenient for ease of access. That also meant you could hear conversations and noise from the pool area if there were loud guests out there (or hotel staff cleaning). The mattress left a bit to be desired as it had a dip in it that made sleeping less comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and pretty. No microwave in the room if you need to reheat food. "

"We had a wonderful three night stay however the one day we were out all day, our room did not get cleaned. We did have the Do Not Disturb sign on until about 9am but then were out all day and hoped to have fresh towels and toilet paper when we returned. My husband was able to go to the front desk though and bring back towels and toilet paper. Loved the chocolate chip cookies we were given on arrival"
