"Beautifully and uniquely decorated property with an amazing fresh and varied breakfast worth every penny. Airport shuttle was efficient and comfortable but only runs every 40 minutes so some prior planning required. Front desk experience was mixed... some staff at check in were very helpful with information. We gained more information to listening to the receptionist next to us than the one dealing with us who seemed quite detached. Had to go down to reception to arrange for a wake up call...
"Loved this place! Breakfast was so good! Across the street from the cruise terminal made embarkation a breeze. Food hall connected to the hotel for easy access to a fun meal experience. Rooms were creative and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant."
"Lovely clean property in central area of the city, 10 min walk to Den Haag Centraal station or closer tram stations.
All staff were polite and helpful.
The room was clean and well equipped.
Noise from the fan and fridge were a little higher than expected but not enough to put me off going again.
Overall very good"
"The location right in front of the station and the comfort of the hotel room were excellent. One disappointing aspect, however, was that I was unable to use the self-check-in process because the necessary code—which was supposed to be sent via email—never arrived."
"Richard (fromt desk clerk) was beyond amazing! We arrived early so he secured our luggage so we could explore Rotterdam. He also gave us suggestions for dinner since the hotel restaurant was closed."
