"Fabulous food at The Hub & over the top great breakfast! Staff very helpful although concierge not around that much. Our room was quite warm for sleeping even though the temperature was quite low. The bathroom sink was slow to empty."

"Everything was great except for two things that happened. We stayed in the corner suit on the 6th floor and the hand held small shower leaked continuously when it was turned off. The second issue was one of the staff entered into the room without knocking. Thankfully she didn't require therapy because we both had our clothes on! We loved you establishment and would love to visit there again. Your evening manager is top notch."
