"Great hotel for a base to explore Jersey. It's quite a big hotel with much more than I had expected, in terms of bars and restaurants. The hotel is a mix of an old building with a new building built to the side. Both have a nautical theme but completely different styles: the old building is classic wood panelling and portholes whereas the newer building is much more cruise ship: lots of neon lighting. "Had a lovely 5 night stay. Nice room, very clean. Helpful staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. I’m sure this will be completed by the time the weather gets better. Overall we had a great time and would return "

"My room had a wonderful sea view and balcony, which made it delightful. Of course the hotel is conveniently located straight across from the beach so it's easy to take a daily stroll on the sand. I booked a massage while I was at the hotel and that was very relaxing. I strongly recommend it! The breakfast is very mediocre, sadly. "Outstanding hotel, and to my mind, the most pleasant hotel stay I can think of in the British isles. Being a 15-20min walk from the town centre it might be slightly out of the way for some (I chose it for that very reason).
