"Great hotel for a base to explore Jersey. It's quite a big hotel with much more than I had expected, in terms of bars and restaurants. The hotel is a mix of an old building with a new building built to the side. Both have a nautical theme but completely different styles: the old building is classic wood panelling and portholes whereas the newer building is much more cruise ship: lots of neon lighting. "Had a lovely 5 night stay. Nice room, very clean. Helpful staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. I’m sure this will be completed by the time the weather gets better. Overall we had a great time and would return "

"We had an absolutely perfect stay. The view from our room was spectacular, the staff are amazing and the food and drinks were top notch. We enjoyed using the leisure facilities. Jersey is beautiful and the area around the hotel is one of the best spots. We will be back."

"Outstanding hotel, and to my mind, the most pleasant hotel stay I can think of in the British isles. Being a 15-20min walk from the town centre it might be slightly out of the way for some (I chose it for that very reason). On the other hand, its location equips it with extensive grounds, a beautiful aspect and rooms, along with the best spa, gym and swimming pool facilities on the island.
