"Stayed in the 2 bedroom George's Suiye. VERY run down, needs a lot of maintenance. Windows don't close properly, carpets frayed, sofa old and stained. Seems to have been cleaned and linens were clean. Just old and run down."

"A great place to stay"

"Great location! Easy check-in and parking!"

"Nice stay but a few stains on the floor and bed but otherwise better than I expected!"

"we stayed 2 nights and our room was not made up... on calling the service counter they advised that the room is only made up every 3 days, however this was not mentioned on check in or during booking. For a hotel of this standard and price we expected a better outcome but they said noone was available to clean the room and all they were able to provide was fresh towels. Breakfast was not hot _ scrambled eggs and baked beans was dry. overall lovely hotel but very poor experience 😢 I won't...

"Awesome."

"Met all our needs "

"Shower rose was broken so instead of a water spray it was like standing under a tap. Property maintenance lacking."

"Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm didn’t get in until 3:40pm as the cleaners were still there. Ariel was broken no tv, sliding door in bedroom was broken, no T towels, washing powder, toilet roll or hair dryer. Towel rails broken and lamp in main bedroom faulty kept flashing so the cleaners took it away. Cleaners kept coming back to get missing pieces and came back to clean muck off walls and sinks. We left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived. So disappointing never had anything like...

"The man who checked us in was amazing and then the rest of the staff after that were not very helpful. The manager was quite rude. We were staying in Melbourne for a national swim meet and my son has special dietary needs, I struggled to be able to cook him a couple of pieces of toast in the morning. The person on the last day of our stay refused, we felt like an inconvenience even though the place was almost empty. The rooms were awesome but the rest was a let down."
