"My room was down grated no money back. Had no place to relax in it. For the price I paid it was bery disappointing. They have one restaurant in it and the food is awful. The lounge is very small and way too hot to sit in. Breakfast was cold wrong order and too much money. Hated it will never stay here or recommend to anyone. "

"It has the bare necessities and not much else. General sense that everyone, except the desk staff and property manager, are apathetic. Our first room had food crumbs on the beds and floor. The hotel manager took care of it by giving us another room, some snacks, and complimentary late check out. That was good. "We had a wonderful experience during our stay. From the concierge to wait staff and housekeeping, everyone was friendly and very attentive. Our room was pristine and refreshed/restocked daily. We stayed in a large balcony king overlooking the river. So relaxing having a cup of coffee in the morning and glass of wine at night listening to the river! We also attending a bridal shower in the conservatory and the set-up was beautiful. The staff helping with the event were great as well. "

"We stayed in a lot of hotels and accommodations over a 3 week period whilst travelling. I'll start with the positives... The room was a great location for Comerica Park and theres plenty of room. Check-in process was easy. The cons...the bed was so uncomfortable I had the worst night sleep, the sofa bed which my child slept in was the same and sagged in the middle, was not clean and also uncomfortable. The deposit was taken days before arriving which was more than any other places we stayed...

"We had a wonderful three night stay however the one day we were out all day, our room did not get cleaned. We did have the Do Not Disturb sign on until about 9am but then were out all day and hoped to have fresh towels and toilet paper when we returned. My husband was able to go to the front desk though and bring back towels and toilet paper. Loved the chocolate chip cookies we were given on arrival"
