However the location is great, the staff is really kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed the service at the bar also."

"Great location in the heart of Dublin. Highly recommend a stay here. A big shout out to the staff who helped our friends get their passports and wallets back. We had arrived at the airport and realized our friend's had forgotten their belongings in their room safe. The staff helped locate and send the belongings in a taxi to the airport. We made the flight in time and it was all due to the great staff. They saved the day for us!"

"We stayed for two nights in a Townhouse room, which is in a separate building from the hotel. The staff was excellent - very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The hotel is beautifully appointed. The location is close enough to activities but quiet and peaceful. The room was small but very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. "Very accommodating staff who met all of our requests. They allowed us to check in early for free, packed us some breakfast when we left early for a trip, and gave us more teabags when asked. Very nice restaurant with lots of food for breakfast. Room was a bit small and lack of places to store things.
