At 1 in the morning, the fire alarm went off. We stood outside in the cold for 30 before we could return to our room. The alarm continued to go off throughout the night. There was no hot water in the morning. Elevators were closed. I do realize things do happen that are beyond our control , but at no time did the staff ask how we were doing ( we are seniors). Checkout was as if nothing had happened the night before. "
