"The receptionist was so helpful and kind to respond to my query about the hairdryer and came promptly to my room to help me find it and was very gracious when I realised it had been there the whole time in a black bag on the hanger and I totally missed that! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had the best shower. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and hot drinks. It was in a good location for the conference I attended at the St Thomas centre next to...

"I booked this hotel for my elderly parents as my mother had a hospital appointment close by, she is quite poorly, the staff went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable ! she had a special meal cooked for her that she could eat (she has this was not on the menu and also they also made her an oatmilk porridge for breakfast) this meant so much to her as she is frightened to eat out normally. The hotel was spotless."

"Brilliant stay at the Villiers Hotel. We received a room upgrade and found ourselves staying in a Duplex Suite. The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff all kind and caring and very well trained. Hotel room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well heated during the cold spell we were experiencing. The hotel was very well maintained and presented quite a quirky and interesting persona.
