"Unfortunately, the AC wasn’t working and this was a primary reason for choosing the hotel. Otherwise, it’s a very good hotel with excellent staff, breakfast and location."

Room service is expensive, paid 38 quid , asked to swap chips for potato and she still charged me extra, so attention to detail is poor, when you paying so much. Otherwise its a very nice hotel, rooms are spacious and aircon.
Also this occasion I had a view of inside, didn't like that at all, if you psychic high prices for a room, then at least let me see outside"
"The family room was on the 3rd floor with two windows which were in poor condition. Only one was safe to open. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was very good as was the restaurant where we had dinner one evening. Staff were always very helpful and polite."

Toiletries smelled lovely & thoughtful additions with dressing gown & shower cap. Staff were very helpful. Didn’t eat here lots of very close coffee shops. Very well situated in Chichester. Would happily stay again. Very good room rate through Expedia"

Reception NEVER SMILE or say any welcome. Both reception men never introduced themselves. ( both had beards)
