"We recently stayed at the Dunvegan Guest House with family. The Guest House is in an excellent location with beautiful scenic view of Brodick Bay and the mountains including Goatfell. We were welcomed by the owner George who gave us a quick resume of breakfast times, local places to visit etc etc. Our rooms, as with the whole Guest House were spotlessly clean and well stocked with tea/coffee/biscuits. The bathroom was also well stocked with towels/ shampoo/shower gel etc. On the ground floor...

"I've been to Ayr many times but this was our first time at Daviot's. We were greeted warmy by Linda, who showed us to our room on the middle floor. While there were four rooms at the top of the stairs, we never heard another soul during our four day stay. The bed was comfortable and the recommendations for dining excellent. "

"Not a luxury apartment, kitchen and living room are nice enough, bedroom is not that pleasant and bathroom was completely awful- shower barely worked, smelt of cigarette smoke, poor lighting, no shelves that could be used."
