We had booked two rooms and one was pretty good, the other had a broken shower and housekeeping failed to leave any amenities. When the desk was called, no one answered. "Arrived one and a half hours early and asked a bearded guy if there was any chance of getting in to the room, his response was just no. No checking to see what rooms had been done just no! Not a great welcome. However the lady that did everything at breakfast was fantastic so credit to her!"

"The main property was nice but don’t be deceived. There is an outbuilding where we were placed. It was old, carpets dirty, and just not what I expected for the price we paid. The grounds are nice but this is located in the city in a neighborhood. I felt it was misrepresented. That said, their scones were good."
