"Rooms were very hot and I mean terribly hot, no real balcony, just closed ones but you can open a window at the balcony, restaurant closed so no service, we arrived at 18:00, spa closed, we checked in and left 30 minutes later.
Lost my money, got a lesson in reading the reviews better, the name tricked us, wellness and spa, 4 stars🤣. We had two rooms☹️"

Le logement est vieux et aurait besoin d'un rajeunissement.
La literie, le mobilier et l'infrastructure pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.
Déjeuné toujours identique.
Le cadre est super, au calme et dans une belle région."

"Nice neighborhood with Sorano close by. No restaurant or bar open. Lack of bedsheets and towels for 3 people. The shower head was too heavy to stay in the shower head holder"
